We want everyone to use Serenify. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across our site and app.

What we’ve done

• Logical page structure (H1/H2), keyboard navigation, visible focus styles.

• Sufficient colour contrast and clear, descriptive link labels.

• Email form with labels, required indicators, and error/success messages.

• No auto-playing media or flashing content.

Email hello@serenifyapp.org and tell us what you need (for example, a PDF, large-print, or plain-text version). We’ll do our best to help within 5 working days.

Standards & compatibility

We test with recent Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile. We follow WCAG 2.2 AA where possible.

Enforcement

In the UK you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). We’d appreciate the chance to fix issues directly first.

Scope

This policy covers our public website and waitlist pages only. The Serenify app will have a separate Accessibility Policy presented in-app at launch.
