1) What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of our public website, any pages hosted on it (including the waitlist), and any emails we send to you about Early Access and product updates (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Who may use Serenify

• You must be 16+ to join the waitlist or use the Service.

• If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to do so and that entity accepts these Terms.

3) What Serenify is (and isn’t)

Serenify is a wellbeing/productivity product under development. Content, emails, and any AI-generated suggestions are informational only and not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Serenify is not a crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.

4) Waitlist & Early Access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee Early Access or a specific launch date.

• “Founding Member” or Early Access pricing and perks may change before launch.

• We may invite, limit, or withdraw Early Access at our discretion.

5) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.

• Not attempt to damage, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

• Not upload or submit unlawful content or others’ personal data without permission.

• Avoid sending us special-category/sensitive data via forms or email (e.g., health or medical details).

6) AI & content accuracy

AI outputs and site content may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use any information. Always seek professional advice when needed.

7) Intellectual property

All site content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to view the site and materials for personal use. Don’t copy, modify, distribute, or use our trademarks without written permission.

8) Third-party services & links

We use reputable providers to run the Service (e.g., Framer for hosting, Zapier for automation, Mailchimp/Intuit for email). Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy. We’re not responsible for them.

9) Emails & electronic communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree we may email you about Early Access, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

10) Availability & changes

The Service may change, pause, or end at any time (including features in Early Access). We may update these Terms; changes apply from publication. If changes are material, we’ll notify the waitlist by email where practical.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy).

12) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to the above, we won’t be liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses not reasonably foreseeable.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to £100 in aggregate.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14) Scope

This policy covers our public website and waitlist pages only. The Serenify app will have a separate Privacy Policy presented in-app at launch.
